Before any transaction proceeds, we conduct a thorough title search at the relevant land registry to verify ownership history, confirm the property is free from encumbrances, litigation, or government acquisition, and ensure the seller has the legal right to transfer.

Survey Plan Confirmation

We verify that the survey plan matches the physical boundaries of the land, is duly registered with the Office of the Surveyor General, and does not overlap with adjacent plots or government-acquired land.

Contract Drafting & Review

Our legal team drafts or reviews all sale agreements, memoranda of understanding, and deeds of assignment to ensure your interests are fully protected. We negotiate terms on your behalf and flag any clauses that could expose you to risk.

C of O & Governor's Consent Processing

We handle the full application and processing of Certificates of Occupancy and Governor's Consent for property transfers within the FCT - document preparation, submission, tracking, and collection.
